Biography
Lori A. Knudson is Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at AAR (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial and government customers worldwide.
Knudson joined AAR in October 2021, with responsibility for the ethics and compliance department. Prior to AAR, Knudson was Senior Vice President, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit at Aegion Corporation. Before Aegion, Knudson was a corporate and securities attorney at the law firm of Thompson Coburn.
Knudson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law from which she graduated magna cum laude.
