In 2026 we aquired Aircraft Reconfig Technologies from ZIM Aircraft Cabin Solutions. ART is an engineering company specializing in passenger aircraft reconfiguration for global airlines.

In 2025, we acquired our Airframe MRO facility in Greensboro, NC. This FAA Repair Station (EASA-approved) specializes in narrow body airframe MRO.  The facility operates 484,480 sq. ft. with five hangars.
