AAR to announce fourth quarter fiscal year 2026 results on July 21, 2026

Wood Dale, Illinois — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), the leading parts, repair, and software platform in the aviation aftermarket, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, ended May 31, 2026, after the close of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Following the release, at 4 p.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results.
