AAR Chosen as Prime Contractor for U.S. Army Central Operational Command Post Maintenance/Field Support Technicians
HUNTSVILLE, Alabama, October 21, 2015 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) announces its Integrated Technologies C4 Systems Division (InTech) has been awarded a four-year prime contract to provide maintenance operations and personnel training services in support of the U.S. Army Central (ARCENT) contingency command post. The one-year contract comes with three option-years and is valued at approximately $2.7 million.
AAR will provide all maintenance necessary to ensure the command post capital assets and systems are in fully mission-capable status at all times and will train all command post personnel to operate, maintain and deploy the command post in support of ARCENT. The primary place of performance is Kuwait City, Kuwait.
