AAR Names New Director - James G. Brocksmith
WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire/ -- AAR (NYSE: AIR) announced today that its Board of Directors elected James G. Brocksmith, Jr., 59, as a new board member.
Mr. Brocksmith is an independent business consultant and was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick for 31 years where he retired as Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer in 1996. He currently serves on the board of directors of several companies including Nationwide Financial Services and Ciber Inc.
