WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire/ -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced today that David E. Prusiecki, Vice President of Defense Programs, has been elected an Officer of the Company. Prusiecki, who has been with AAR since 1979, oversees the Company's marketing that interfaces with the US and foreign government agencies in support of its supply, repair and logistics businesses.
David P. Storch, President and Chief Executive Officer of AAR, commented on Prusiecki's appointment saying, "David's leadership and innovation over the past decade have been the driving force behind AAR's success in expanding the scope of products and services we offer to our government customers. AAR reports record fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 results
Wood Dale, Illinois, July 18, 2024 — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today reported fourth quarter fiscal year 2024 consolidated sales of $656.5 million and income from continuing operations of $9.1 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. For the fourth quarter of the prior year, the Company reported sales of $553.3 million and income from continuing operations of $23.2 million, or $0.66 per diluted share. Our adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024 were $0.88, compared to $0.83 in the fourth quarter of the prior year.
