WOOD DALE, Ill., /PRNewswire/ -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced today that David E. Prusiecki, Vice President of Defense Programs, has been elected an Officer of the Company. Prusiecki, who has been with AAR since 1979, oversees the Company's marketing that interfaces with the US and foreign government agencies in support of its supply, repair and logistics businesses.
David P. Storch, President and Chief Executive Officer of AAR, commented on Prusiecki's appointment saying, "David's leadership and innovation over the past decade have been the driving force behind AAR's success in expanding the scope of products and services we offer to our government customers. AAR, KIRA establish KALS LLC joint venture, awarded E-6B contract by U.S. Navy

(NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, has formed a joint venture, KALS LLC, with KIRA Aviation Services under the federal government’s Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program. The joint venture was recently awarded an E-6B Mercury pilot training contract by the U.S. Navy.
