Biography
Jessica Garascia is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Secretary of AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial and government customers worldwide.
Garascia leads AAR’s litigation, compliance, and corporate governance functions. Since joining the Company in 2020, Garascia launched a formal ESG program and the oversaw the publication of AAR’s inaugural ESG Report in 2021, followed by a second report in 2022. Garascia continues to advance the Company’s sustainability initiatives by championing environmental impact analyses and targets to drive decision making.
Prior to AAR, Garascia served as Deputy General Counsel at USG Corporation and an attorney at Jenner & Block.
Actively involved in the Chicago community, Garascia is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, The Chicago Network, and the Museum of Science and Industry’s President’s Council.
Garascia earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Oberlin College and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law.
