Biography
Dylan Wolin is Vice President, Strategic & Corporate Development and Treasurer at AAR (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial airlines and governments worldwide. He oversees AAR’s strategic development initiatives; merger and acquisition activities; and treasury functions, including corporate finance and banking, treasury operations, risk management and benefits.
Wolin joined AAR in 2017 from Boeing, where he was a Director in the Corporate Development group and responsible for the execution of merger and acquisition transactions and supporting the company’s broader strategic development initiatives. Wolin joined Boeing in 2008 from Deutsche Bank, where he served as Vice President in the investment banking division and focused on the origination and execution of merger and acquisition advisory, equity capital issuance and bank and bond financing transactions. Before Deutsche Bank, Wolin was an Associate at McManus & Miles, a boutique investment bank specializing in financial advisory and private placement services for companies in the energy industry.
Wolin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
