AAR to announce fourth quarter fiscal year 2022 results on July 21, 2022

(NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022, ended May 31, 2022, prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange trading session on Thursday, July 21, 2022.
On Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 7:30 a.m. Central time, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed by registering at: https://register.vevent.com/register/BIa4ef8b22b595443695c19741ef9ec7ff. Once registered, participants will receive a dial-in number and a unique PIN that will allow them to access the call.

AAR reports record fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 results
Wood Dale, Illinois, July 18, 2024 — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs, today reported fourth quarter fiscal year 2024 consolidated sales of $656.5 million and income from continuing operations of $9.1 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. For the fourth quarter of the prior year, the Company reported sales of $553.3 million and income from continuing operations of $23.2 million, or $0.66 per diluted share. Our adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024 were $0.88, compared to $0.83 in the fourth quarter of the prior year.
