AAR TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR 2007 RESULTS ON JULY 11

WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS (July 3, 2007) – AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and Fiscal Year 2007, ended May 31, 2007, before the market opens on Wednesday, July 11, 2007.

At 10:30 a.m. CDT, AAR will hold a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call can be accessed by calling 866-206-5917 from inside the U.S. or 703-639-1106 from outside the U.S.
