AAR Composites serves the aerospace market with the highest quality composite solutions offering every type of composite fabrication process available today. Located in Clearwater, Florida, AAR Composites resides in a modern 65,000 square foot facility that houses all the required labs, manufacturing space, offices and design areas to take any composite opportunity from concept to production. AAR Composites produces advanced structures via autoclave cure, vacuum bag oven cure, resin transfer molding (RTM), compression molding and vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM). Utilizing laser ply projection at the front end and a precision 5 axis router at trim, AAR Composites has the capability to produce repeatable close tolerance complex laminates.

AAR also offers a full line of composite flat panel products and adhesives. Using two large multi-platen presses, we can produce honeycomb core flat panels from a variety of substrates. AAR's panel pins, adhesives and edge fill products round out a full compliment of flat panel capability.

From concept, through development, qualification, final design and manufacturing, AAR is a single-source solution for the composite manufacturing needs of the aerospace industry.
