AAR Aerostructures & Interiors (A&I) produces composite structures and assemblies for customers in the commercial and defense aerospace industry. Based in Clearwater, Florida, A&I’s composites business operates 150,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Clearwater and Sacramento, California. Our composite manufacturing processes include prepreg hand layup, resin transfer molding (RTM), compression molding, vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM), and autoclave and oven cure.

A&I designs and produces composite products for helicopter and fixed wing flight control surfaces, fairings, interior structures and bulkheads as well as complete aircraft interiors and fully integrated assemblies.

We offer a full line of composite flat panel products, hardware and adhesives. We produce honeycomb core panels from a variety of substrates to support the general aviation and commercial aerospace industries. AAR's product lines offer a full complement of products for aircraft interior completions.

A&I works closely with customers to ensure we meet performance, weight, and cost objectives as products move from concept to production. We tailor our product development approach to the scope and complexity of each project, integrating analysis, design, material and process selection, and test and qualification with production engineering and cost-optimized tool and fixture design.

From concept, through development, qualification, final design and manufacturing, AAR A&I is a single-source solution for aerospace composite manufacturing.
